Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and add it to the dough. 4. Add the flour and salt little by little, kneading until you get a soft and elastic dough. 5. Let the dough rest until it doubles in size (approximately 2 hours). 6. Form small balls and place them on a baking tray. 7. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, until the cakes are golden and fluffy.
